The Annual General Meeting 2015 was held in Sydney, Australia on Friday, 6 November 2015.
The members discussed the following during the AGM 2015:-
- Financial Statements for the year ended 2014/2015;
- the status quo of cooperation with Trans-European Law Firm Alliance (“TELFA”); ;
- guidelines for admission of new members in Asia and Europe;
- Determining of candidates from Asia and Europe; and
- Lawasia & LoL European Meeting in Berlin, 15th to 16th April 2016 (topic: FDI in Asia; inauguration of the Asian-European Committee, LoL Members’ participation)
Members of LoL subsequently had a business development discussion such as proposed marketing budget, activities for the coming year and understanding key practice areas of member firms and etc aiming to grow our business and friendship together.
